Is everything that you make really natural?
Yes! We use the finest natural ingredients we can find. This includes herbs, butters, clay, sea salts, and natural oils.
Do you test on animals?
No! We have a love for animals and are cruelty free. We only test on humans which is the best way to get feedback and test results.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns. Please send a message through our Contact page with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. All concerns about your order should be addressed within 7 days of receiving it.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Since all products are free of chemical, parabens and unnatural preservatives, it’s best to keep them at room temperature to ensure a longer shelf life. We do use Vitamin E in most products to help extend the natural shelf of products.
Do any of your products contain nut oils?
Yes, there are many products that have almond or another form of nut oil. Although they may not irritate people with nut allergies, please consult with your doctor before using if you have a nut allergy.
When will my order ship?
All orders will ship out within two business days. If for some reason there is a delay, we will notify you immediately. There is an exception which you is addressed below in “What if the warm weather melts my product?”.
Where are your products made?
Although our natural and organic ingredients are sourced from around the world, all products are made in the U.S. in South Carolina.

What if the warm weather melts my product?
Due to the fact we do not use synthetic stabilizers or waxes, our natural/organic products are sensitive to temperature changes. With that being said, shipping during warm weather seasons are challenging and take special care. Melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. This is the nature of natural/organic ingredients. As a formulator, I keep all products natural which make them more affected by temperature. All products should be stored out of direct sunlight and kept in a cool dry place. 59 to 75 F is optimal temperature to be kept at. Should product soften, refrigerate until solid, please note efficacy will not be affected.
In the warmer months, products may sit in trucks or mailboxes which can soften or melt products. While we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, please understand we cannot be responsible for melted products. Know that even if the product melts, this does not affect the usability, quality or therapeutic properties of the product. Even if it melts and solidifies again, once applied to the body, it will melt easily onto skin and serve its main purpose. If your product melts during transit, leave your product at room temperature for a couple hours or place in the refrigerator or freezer for a few moments for it to become solid again. Again, although the product may look different, it will still be the same healing and nourishing product and will smooth into the skin.
Any orders received after Wednesday will not ship until Monday of the following week to limit the amount of time products sit in non temperature controlled warehouses over the weekend.
